The aim of the course is to give an update view on the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) from a biological clinical perspective. The study of MHC is twofold, with the one hand its ability to induce a strong allogenic response in organ transplantation, and on the other hand the function of the internal environment (Milieu intérieur) by identifying foreign substances. The course contents deal with several aspects of the MHC immunology.
