1.- How can I access the applications that I can use as a student? (Email, Aula Virtual, Secretaria Virtual, ...)
You have to access through the option User environment that can be found in the Universitat de València web.
It is essential, during the enrolment procedure, writing down the user and password generated for accessing the user environment. It is important to fill in recover username and password.

2.- Which email do I have to use for making a consultation in the Secretary of the Faculty?
So as to ensure data protection, only requests sent through the official email (@alumni.uv.es) will be accepted. If you are not a student of the Facultat, you can send the request through another email, but you will have to attach your ID card scanned in both sides.

3.- Do I have to go to the Secretary for making any management?
The online office of the Universitat de València allows doing a lot of proceedings without needing to go there, there are plenty information in the informació al web page of the Facultat.

4.- Can I get a copy of any document in the Secretary?
No, only documents sent by this Secretary can be certified. For doing it, the original and a copy must be presented. Certifying a document entails paying its fee.
