Academic, scientific or professional interest: The Master’s programme and subsequent PhD make up two legal specialities, and so candidates must either hold a law degree or have proven professional experience –5 years minimum– in positions directly connected with public and administrative management (Group A). In any case, only those holding a degree –preferably in law– will be eligible. Applicants with links with the Administrative Law Area of the University of Valencia will be given preference. The selection process will also consider the student’s average mark in the degree, his/her professional experience and his/her development of a legal profession related with the programme's contents.
