Academic, scientific or professional interest: This masters intends to equip experts with sound and innovative knowledge as well as values of respect for the management of human resources, and train them in its methodologies and techniques in relation with business organisation, managing practices, quality promotion at work, and business strategy. The educational programme responds to current needs in our business fabric and to the subsequent demand for employees, as well as to Spain’s recent policies in R&D&I and the Europe 2020 Strategy, special attention being paid to productivity, economic development and the wellbeing of those involved in these activities.
