Academic, scientific or professional interest: The Master's degree in Law, Business and Justice of the University of Valencia (Spain) is an exceptional legal proposal with strong academic and research purposes. The programme is aimed primarily at Spanish and foreign academics and professionals, and intends to provide them with a critical and interdisciplinary training on a dynamic and particularly complex legal field: internal and international action of companies. This training prepares students to write a doctoral thesis, and is based on two driving ideas: the safeguarding of the notion of "rule of law" as the key to economic and social development and the new frontier for the idea of justice posed by the growing rise of ADR mechanisms. The objective of this master’s degree is to train legal professionals in a field of law with a high social, economic and legal relevance which transcends its objective importance, since at present that legal sector is undergoing a deep process of reflection, with some of the key trends and approaches on which Law will be based in the future being established.
