Creating the conditions for the Community Erasmus Mundus to make contributions to strengthen international higher education.
The Conference will focus on the future of Erasmus Mundus projects, and on any new information available about the new EU Erasmus for All programme. Lessons learned from the first generations of EM Master Courses will be presented by relevant members of European Commission and EACEA.
Moreover, information from an international survey on Joint and Double Degree Programmes and also the latest developments on Quality Assurance in Higher Education at the European level will be presented.
The Conference will also update on the internal progress made by the EM-iDEA project, in particular towards the creation of an association of coordinators of joint programmes in higher education.
Delegates will have ample opportunity to participate in reflection and debate on key points of the implementation of the future association, whose final shape will be fixed on the occasion of the 6th EM-iDEA Conference, which will take place in Bordeaux on 12 July, 2013.
