Universitat de València pays tribute to research and services professional experience

Universitat de València pays tribute to professional experience at the university at an event where some people working for UV is going to honoured because of their careers. These professionals are those who have obtained six research periods of six years, those who have worked at the university for forty years, and the PDI and PAS employees finishing their professional activities this year. The event has taken place today, June 15th at 12:00, in the Office of the Principal’s assembly hall. It was chaired by the Principal, Esteban Morcillo.

In the first place, Universitat de València is paying tribute to researchers who have obtained the highest recognition for their research careers – through the six research periods of six years – which is the maximum research recognition.

As it did last year, Universitat de València is also paying tribute to professional experience of people working at the university: teaching and research staff (PDI) and administration and services staff (PAS). All those people having worked at the university for forty years, and are still working, are going to be honoured.

Finnaly and for the first time, UV is paying tribute to people, PAS and PDI, who have finished their professional career at the university this year.

This ceremony has taken place today at the Office of the Principal and it is being chaired by the Principal, Esteban Morcillo.
