Introduction

The university extension courses are covered by the regulations approved by the Governing Council on 22th October 1991. Article 6 amended by the Governing Council on 19th July 1994, and Articles 4 and 6 modified by the Governing Council on 22nd July, 2003.

The purpose of this call is to start the period for submission of proposals for University Extension courses for the academic year 2017-2018.

Credits in University Extension Courses

• The unit of measurement used by these courses is the credit system. One credit corresponds to 10 hours of face-to-face teaching.
• The university extension courses of this call will be validated as free elective credits to the students of the University Programme for Seniors of the University of Valencia, under the terms established in the corresponding regulations.

Students

• Both students of the University of Valencia and of the Valencia University Programme for Seniors, as well as the general public can access to these studies.
• In general, those students who have done the payment of university tuition fees are considered as enrolled students.
