The Service Charters are an instrument through which the organizational units of the University of Valencia inform the university community and society in general about:
- the services they provide
- the commitments assumed in its provision
- the rights and duties of the users in relation to these services
Therefore, they constitute a useful communication tool, promoting the transparency of university management.
The Analysis and Planning Service is in charge of coordinating the UV Service Charters, facilitating the Drafting Guide, as well as training and technical support to the Drafting Committees.
