Vista GPCA Toolbox 1.0

The (VI(S)TA) GPCA Toolbox  is a Matlab Toolbox for estimates the Gaussianization transformation based on PCA
from given multidimensional signals.

Installation:

  • Download the file VistaGPCAToolbox1.0.rar (8 KBytes)
  • Decompress at your computer and set the Matlab path accordingly.
  • Look at the help of the functions below for instructions on how to use each algorithm.
  • Warning!: VistaQualityTools1.0 has been tested on Matlab 7.2 (Matlab 2006a).  Posterior Matlab versions for windows may need recompilation of some mex files of MatlabPyrTools.

Basic functions:

  • GPCA.m function: estimates the Gaussianization transformation based on PCA  from given multidimensional signals. Each column of matrix 'dat' is one observed signal.
  • inv_GPCA.m function: computes the inverse transformation obtained by GPCA.m

  • GPCA_jacobian.m: estimates the jacobian of the Gaussianization transformation obtained with GPCA.m

See the Matlab help of each funtion for more information
