Download the Connect.Net demo that matches the word processor on your computer. Note that it must be an exact match. Microsoft Word does not equal Microsoft Works. They are different programs. 

If you have Office 97 on your computer, your word processor is Word 97, not Word 7.0.

1. After you click on one of the FTP links above, you'll be asked if you want to Open or Save the file.
2. Save it.
3. Be sure to know what file folder you save it in. Write it down if necessary. 
4. When this file completes downloading, you're not done.
5. You now need to install the program . . . as follows.6. Find the icon with the name that you clicked on here. It's in the file folder you saved it in step 3 above.
7. Double-click the icon. This begins an installation program. Just follow what's on the screen.
