TeamWeb Learning to Publish

Translators and Editors

You should use HTML translation programs, when available, to automatically generate HTML versions of documents that you publish on paper. For example, if you currently publish a newsletter, brochure, or other document in Microsoft Word, use Word's Save As HTML feature (on the File menu) to generate the HTML version of that document. If you do not have the latest version of Microsft Word, or you are using another word processing program, the RTFtoHTML translator also works very well, provided that you are using the proper styles.
Use HTML editors to create documents that will exist only in HTML. For example, you would use an editor to create your index.html file and other such files.
