DESCRIPTION

UVCLUSTER iteratively explores distance datasets using hierarchichal clustering. UVCLUSTER converts a set of primary distances into secondary distances that measure the strength of the conection between each pair of proteins when the interactions for all the proteins in the group are considered.

 For more information see:

UVCLUSTER is available upon request, free for academic users. The program is written in C and versions on Windows and Linux operating systems have been compiled and tested.
