Jobsuche übers Netz

Hauptsächlich international, fü den deutschen Sprachraum siehe v.a. die Sektion Allgemeine Information.
Im Aufbau!

• Employment resource (The Wall Street Journal)
• USA Jobs is a site for government jobs. Users enter their level of education, income desired, etc. into the program and are then provided with all those "hits" that match the profile. Very user friendly.
• Federal World is a similar site, but is not nearly as user friendly. One cannot narrow the search as easily as with the other site and to get through this one takes some plodding.
• Career Net works the other way around: users enter essentially all the information a good resume and coverletter would contain (for someone at mid-career, this would probably take 3-4 hours, just to give you an idea of the extent of the program). When all information is entered, the user can post the entire profile, which is then accessible to employers on-line or on cd.
