"Consulting in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology".
The purpose of this seminar will be to provide an overview of consulting opportunities in I/O Psychology, a summary of the critical skills needed for effective consulting and the challenges of integrating research and practice in our field.
"Selection Systems in North America".
The purpose of this seminar will be to review the research on different selection tools, discuss the tools used in North America and issues related to validation, human rights legislation and organizational decision making.
