Master in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P)
This Master program emerges in the new European Higher Education Area (EHEA) as an answer to the existing demands and challenges in the field of Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology. It is created on the basis of a solid educational models developed by different European organizations and research groups - experts in teaching Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology.

Its main objectives are to prepare the students as competent practitioners in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology at the entry level as independent practitioners and to contribute towards university excellence and competitiveness within the European Higher Education system
The team working for the Master is composed of highly experienced professionals both in design, management and planning, as well as in research and evaluation of the academic activities.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This master shares the educational model with the Erasmus Mundus Master in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology, but there are some differences between both programs, which are worth mentioning. First, the Official Master in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology is taught exclusively at the University of Valencia, which gives the official diploma. Second, there is no mobility to other universities during the two years of the Master.

The pre-enrollment period to the program for the academic year 2011-2012 is open from February 15th to September 13th 2011. We remind you that, apart from the general documents, the candidate has to submit other documents as well (more information).

VERY IMPORTANT: During the academic year 2011-2012 the language of teaching and evaluation will be English. See admission criteria.
