This doctoral program has been awarded with the “Mention to Excellence" by the Ministry of Education (ME). 2011-2012 to 2013-2014
This mission of the PhD Program in Human Resources Psychology is to provide its PhD students with outstanding education opportunities and with a research training of academic excellence. This through preparation contributes to the progress in the knowledge of several psychosocial aspects: resources and human capital in organizations, organizational development and well-being at work, to name but a few. The accent is put on the transfer of this knowledge to the socio-economic setting.
Within the research training framework, the PhD student joins one of the research teams at the Research Institute of Personnel Psychology, Organizational Development and Quality of Working Life (IDOCAL). Moreover, there are seminar organized on a yearly basis, funded by the ministry of Education (Secretaria General de Universidades and Dirección General de Política Universitaria) and by the Ministry of Science and Innovation.
