The scholarship of organizational psychology is an art as well as a science. This presentation will go over different aspects of the process of generating research ideas, deciding which ideas are worth pursuing, making sure methods are robust, as well as navigating the complex and challenging publication process. In addition, I will go over ideas for time management and the rhythms of research streams and projects.
