Regulations

The current PhD program is regulated by the Real Decreto RD 1393/2007, of February 9th published in the BOE number 260 of 30/10/2007. However, a new real decreto RD99/2011, of January 28th has been approved which regulates the official PhD programs.

The regulations  of the process of elaboration, submitting and evaluation of the doctoral dissertation at the University of Valencia is the Reglamento ACGUV 266/2011, approved by the Governing Council of the University of Valencia in November 29th 2011.

This regulation comes into force on February 11, 2012.
