I am a conservation biology graduate with a master in bioinformatics and expertise in microbiology, computational biology, and high-throughput next generation sequencing analyses. Skilled in Python, R, bash, and workflow automation, with research experience in DNA and RNA extraction, microbiota, ecology and evolution.
I am currently working as bioinformatic lab technitian for the Universitat de València in the Microbial Single Cell Genomics Lab (MSCG) at the Institute for Integrative Systems Biology (I2SysBio). Seeking a position in bioinformatics or a PhD opportunity in biological research.
