Introduction

These is a series of self-assessment exercises designed to assist BCC Interns in creating individualized care plans based on their practice-members' needs, values and health care preferences.

Use of this program helps Interns to integrate the biopsychosocial model taught in the classroom with the clinical experience of designing patient-centered health care plans.

In application, this empowers the practice members and their families to be actively involved in the design and the implementation of their health care and enables the Intern to meet the unique challenges of health care practice today.

Description:

The resources are broken down into four categories which detract from optimal health: Physical Trauma, Thoughts, Toxins and Environmental Stressors.

It uses the System of Colored Flags and Self-Assessments.
