Experience
Whilst I was a postgraduate student at KCL I held regular tutorials in physical chemistry for 1st year undergraduates. I also performed regular demonstrating work for experimental and theoretical undergraduate chemistry courses, and have written software which is used for teaching molecular dynamics to 2nd year undergraduates.
At the end of the 1st year of my PhD, I presented a poster at the 'Modelling Photochemical Reactivity' ESF conference in Spain.
During the 2nd year of my PhD I spent a month at the University of Bologna (Italy), working with the theoretical chemistry group.
At King's College I presented a number of seminars and research colloquia, including a talk at a Royal Society of Chemistry meeting during my final year.
I have atteneded many scientific meetings and conferences, including recently (March 1998) a TMR review meeting in Belgium. I presented two talks about my work; one at a very general level for the EC representatives, and one at a more scientific level for the other QUCEX members.
