This draft is prepared on the basis of the exchange of views that took place at the previous meeting and surveys in the same meeting. We interpret the fundamental ideas expressed for the realization of the conference are:

- That serve for the formation of groups dedicated to various topics that have continued after the conference held in the form of seminars, working groups or permanent .

- That to the creation or promotion of these working groups or permanent seminars at the conference addressed two types of content : social issues when we are living, and methodologies and / or experiences that can serve as inspiration or reference for the educational work .

The purpose of the conference is to provide a place and time to meet students and educators who live and work in social and educational system we do not like to search cooperatively educational practices that contribute to its transformation.

Contents

To help us find those practices that contribute to the transformation of the social and educational system seems to require the presence of three types of topics at the conference :

- Tracks to help us better understand the economic, social , cultural and educational at the time of crisis of capitalism in which we live.

- Topics that serve as inspiration or reference to improve ways of developing our educational practice in the form of methodologies and experiences committed to social and educational transformation .

Initial establishment and self - project to develop socially committed educational practices according to our possibilities and interests.

methodology

The above contents can be addressed as follows at three distinct but interrelated :

- First: Topics to help us better understand the economic, social , cultural and educational that we are living .

You can select a single item or more , developing in the form of lectures , panel discussions , information panels , film screenings , information booths with documentation or by combinations of these possibilities in plenary and concurrent actions .

- Second: Methodologies and experiences.

Simultaneous workshops where practical display of different methodologies and / or experiences that may be of interest .

- Third: Initial establishment of own projects

It exhibited simultaneous panels as projects that are proposed for information to other attendees at the conference. If the proposed projects are few can be presented in a plenary session.

Then in each project stakeholder groups will meet to finalize its initial work plan .

Media

There are no plans at the moment the need to have a budget for conducting the conference. Their preparation and development will be done with the work of those who participate in them and the material that may be collected free of charge.

- Spaces

For the development of the conference will be necessary to have a space where meetings can be made whole for all attendees ( can be set as a reference for the moment, to this and other effects, the / the participants in the conference can be around 100 people ) . It also seems necessary to have smaller spaces for workshops , working groups , etc. . that can meet simultaneously ( if participants are situated around 100 people , we can estimate it would take at least 4 of these smaller spaces ) . It also seems appropriate to have an unstructured broad space where you can put information booths or other , and perform other activities less formalized .

It provides the following chronological development provisionally :

November -6 : preparatory meeting to discuss the first draft of the conference in order to determine its overall structure

-February: preparatory meeting of the conference in order to determine the content and specific responsibility within the general framework established in the previous meeting.

-March: completion of the work required for the conference can be made as determined in previous meetings and finalized resulting in the final program .

- April : NIDs .

For the realization of the conference, according to the structure in this first draft is proposed , it seems desirable to have three sessions , each devoted to each of the three themes.
