In application of Act 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report on regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, the ADEIT Foundation has set up an Internal Information System (IIS) which is composed of:

An institutional policy for the prevention of and fight against fraud of the ADEIT Foundation which includes the fundamental principles of the Internal Information System (IIS).

A management procedure for the internal information system (IIS).

A person responsible for the internal information system (RIIS).
What is the Internal Information Channel?
It is the preferred means for individuals with an employment or professional relationship with the ADEIT Foundation to report directly to the person responsible for the information system (RIIS) regarding serious or very serious criminal or administrative offenses related to the entity's own activity.
In addition to enabling this communication, the other purpose is to ensure that individuals using this Channel are protected against potential retaliation.
The internal information channel allows for the identification of the reporting person or their anonymity and guarantees confidentiality and data protection, preventing access by unauthorized personnel.
Furthermore, in addition to this preferred Internal Channel, reporting individuals also have an external information channel to make their communications.
This space constitutes a safe and confidential instrument within the grasp of the entire ADEIT staff, in which clarifications can be solicited and doubts about the Good Governance and Management Good Practice Code or about its application can be suggested. Furthermore, any knowledge, doubt or suspicion of behaviour that does not concur with what it is expressed in the Code, and/or something that could imply or have a breach of said contract as a consequence, can be transmitted or raised.
It is a safe electronic participation mechanism for the employees of the Fundació in which doubts, questions or complaints related to the implementation of the Good Governance and Management Good Practice Code can be submitted.
Any employee can send to the following electronic email buzonetico@adeituv.es the questions considered opportune within the field mentioned in the Code, published in the Transparency Portal, being only the members of the Execution Body of ADEIT the people aware of the facts.
It is only a way of prevention and resolution of conflicts that preserves the identity of the person informing and, through the Execution Body, petitions, doubts and complaints will be addressed in a safe and confidential way and an answer, in the terms included in the following document, will be given.
