Stage 3: Set Task

  1. Explain to students that they have to work in groups to design a lesson plan that includes the topic "Domestic Violence". (Help them distribute the groups and ask them to write down their names)
  2. They have to choose the level (from 1st of E.S.O. to 2nd of Bachillerato) and adapt the lesson plan, its objectives, activities and material to it. (Explain the different level of proficiency and ages of students at these levels)
  3. Once they have prepared the lesson plan, they have to show it to you in a word document so that you can give them some feedback on it. (Ask them to prepare their lesson plan in a specific format and give them the rules to present their work)
  4. Students prepare posters or power point presentations to show their lesson plan to the rest of the class (This should be done in a different session). (Give directions about the format and about the order in which presentations will be done in class).
