Registration

We strongly encourage to register as soon as possible since Valencia will be hosting the 32nd America's Cup in Spring 2007 hotel and rooms are likely to be expensive. We only guarantee the special room hotel if booking before the deadline.

Registration fees (VAT included) cover material, coffee breaks, a welcome reception and a posters cocktail. Late registrations (after March, 1st, 2007) are charged an extra 35 €.

There is an optional excursion and a farewell dinner on the afternoon/evening of June, 16th. The cost is 85 € (VAT included) per person.

Accompanying persons attendding all the social activities (welcome reception, posters cocktail, excursion and farewell dinner) will be charged 120 € (VAT included) per person. Those attending only the excursion and farewell dinner will be charged 85 € (VAT included) per person.

Lunch is not provided. Participants should make their own arrangements. Downtown Valencia, where the venue is located, has a large and diverse array of restaurants and bars.
