On 16 November, on the occasion of the celebration of the Universal Rural Pride Day, the promotion of students participating in the project in this special 20-21 academic year was presented.
The Chair for Cooperation and Sustainable Development would like to thank the Alpuente Secondary Section for their efforts to continue the European Parliament Ambassador School programme this year, despite the current health situation, especially considering that travel will not be possible and that the activities will be limited.
Even so, the participants in the programme are very involved and took advantage of the fact that their appointment coincided with the celebration of Universal Rural Pride Day to read their manifesto, as well as hosting the teachers and colleagues in the workshop on aromatic and medicinal herbs in the area.
From the Chair for Cooperation and Sustainable Development we wanted to do our bit by giving the students a lanyard and bracelets with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
