
This meeting, which will be held on 30 June at the UJI of Castelló, is part of the activities related to the SDGs of the axis of partnerships, which the Chair of Cooperation and Sustainable Development of the neighbouring university is in charge of.
On Thursday 30 June 2022, the conference “University research and the 2030 Agenda as drivers of alliances” will take place in the auditorium of the Doctoral School between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Moderated by Ana Alcaraz, expert consultant in 2030 Agenda and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), this conference will address the interrelationship between university research, 2030 Agenda and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the Partnership Framework.
The modalities of participation are:
- Paper: if the research project is presented (12 min.). In this modality the participant will receive a certificate for 15 hours of transversal training in research.
- Poster: if a poster is physically presented in the exhibition area. Participants will receive a certificate for 10 hours of transversal training in research.
- Attendance: Participants will receive a certificate for 5 hours of transversal training in research.

The Valencian Government co-finances a Chair for Cooperation and Sustainable Development with each of the five Valencian public universities. In this regard, each university will carry out activities related to one of the five central axes of the Sustainable Development Goals. The Universitat de València will develop the central axis: people. The Chair for Cooperation and Sustainable Development of the UJI aims to foster activities related to the goals of the SDGs directly linked to the axis of partnerships.
