LC K-DRPP instances data have the following format:

VERTICES TOTALES : <number of vertices once the lines have been split>

COORDENADAS :

<v1> and <v2> are the end vertices of the lines, <c> is the total cost of serving the line and <n> is the number of segments into which the line is split.

<u1>, <u2>,... <un> are the vertices created to split the line, where <un>=<v2>., and <c1>, <c2>,... are the costs of the corresponding segments.

<n1>, <n2>,... are the vertices (including the ones used to split the lines) and <x1> <y1>, <x2> <y2> are the corresponding coordinates.
