With a solid track record in the communications sector, Felipe will contribute significantly to the unit's activities in several strategic areas.

Francesc Felipe will assume as technical research support staff the search, design and writing of European projects related to culture, an area that requires constant innovation and international collaboration. His experience in managing projects within the cultural sector will be key to accessing European funding and creating alliances that enhance the results of the research unit. Felipe will also offer support to research in the communication sector, contributing with his experience in these areas to promote new lines of study and innovative projects.

Its incorporation has already had a positive impact with its participation in prestigious academic events such as the Mediaflows 2024 Congress, held at the University of Valencia. On this occasion, Felipe presented, together with professor Álvar Peris-Blanes, the communication entitled "Digital social activism in the formation of contemporary identities in Spain", a paper that explores the relationship between digital activism and identity formation in the current media context.

With this new addition, Econcult reinforces its commitment to innovation in cultural economy research, increasing its projection and consolidating its presence.
