The Mobility Regulations of the Universitat de València consider doing a free mobility stay in a High Education Institution that does not have a mobility agreement with the Universitat de València for the degree in which the student is enrolled.

The student will be responsible for his admission as a free mover student at the Host University. The free mobility stay does not include an economic aid by the Universitat de València, and will also not exempt the payment of the enrolment fees at the Host University. The students will have to pay the enrolment fees at the Universitat de València and at the Host University. They will have to enrol international credits at the University of Valencia, like the rest of the students that carry out a mobility stay.

The free mover students shall under no circumstances be considered Erasmus students or students of the Universitat de València International Programme.
