"The Economy of the Common Good in the public hiring" is a study by Maria Pilar Alguacil, Professor of Financial and Tax Law at the University of Valencia and Vanessa Felip, Vice-President of COSITAL-Valencia.

This study focuses on analysing the application of the economic model of the Economy of the Common Good in organizations as a criterion of public hiring, framing the relevance of the Matrix of the Common Good for the purposes of the Public Administrations.

There are exposed the criteria regulation of the public government at different levels: European, state, regional and local, and the use of social and environmental elements in public hiring. Finally, the Matrix of the Common Good is analysed as a proposal and promotion for the criteria of recruitment.
