Joan Ramon Sanchis-Palacio, ECG Chair’s Director, will give the lecture "The Economics for the Common Good and Ethical Finance" next Wednesday, 24th at 7 pm at Secondary School Maria Ibars Library in Dénia.

This conferece is the fourth edition. The Institute organizes and collaborates on the conference due to the Dénia’s declaration, UNESCO’s Creative City of Gastronomy and as a result of putting in value the figure of the writer and poetess of Dénia.

In addition, Hospitality and Tourism departments , and the Administration and Management, of Secondary School Maria Ibars of Dénia have organized the IV Gastronomic Day dedicated to the figure and work of the writer Maria Ibars, consisting of a lunch which will be prepared by the students of Cuisine and Gastronomy’s 1st year, served by the students of 1st Restoration Services, and the formal activity carried out by the students of GUIAT’s 1st year (Tourist Information and Guide Guide) and of second of Assistance to the Directorate, to the facilities of the Dénia CdT where the students receive the training and realizes this practice.
