DEADLINES
Hotel Accommodation: room reservations suggested to be made before April 30, 2004 in order to assure obtaining the hotel selected. Room availability in the hotel requested cannot be guaranteed thereafter.
HOTEL OFFER
Hotels have agreed to offer exceptionally low prices for the macro-event. To obtain the special prices offered for the congress, room reservation and payment should be made through the official Travel Agency by means of the Hotel Reservation Form available below.

This form must be filled in and returned with payment to VIAJES EL CORTE INGLES S.A. – Congress Department (see address above).
Payment should be made in advance by one of the methods noted in the Form.
VALENCIA HOTELS AVAILABLE FOR THE CONGRESS
Hotels of Valencia offering special prices for the meeting are noted in the following list. The hotels selected (first, second and third choice in order of preference) should be clearly specified in the Hotel Reservation Form.
Daily prices (in Euros) in the list include bed, breakfast and VAT for two persons in the case of a double room (DBL) and for one person in the case of single room (SGL). Depending on hotels, prices may somewhat differ for nights of Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (Week Fares) and for nights of Friday and Saturday (Weekend Fares).
