How Family Firms Can Keep the Moral and Ethical Compass in Times of Crisis?

Family Business' Chair (CEFUV), with the collaboration from its director Alejandro Escribá, took part in the online event "How family firms can keep the moral and ethical compass in times of crisis?" Organized by STEP Research Project global office, on Thursday June 4, 2020. The event was  by IPAG Business School professor Andrea Calabró.

During the event, speakers presented their view on different strategies adopted (or to be adopted) by the family firms to maintain their ethical and social commitment in times of crisis:

  • Action driven by value: going beyond the CSR (Prof. Alejandro Escribá. University of Valencia)
  • Leaving a legacy for the next generation after COVID19. (Prof. Eric Clinton. Dublin City University)
  • Moral leadership: how to enact exemplarity. (Prof. Miruna Radu-Lefebvre. Audencia Business School)

After their presentations, the teachers participated in a round of questions from the attendees.
