The duration of the school internship is 1st March 2023 - 31st March 2023 and the deadline for applying is 31st January 2023.
This is a great opportunity for students of teacher education and related studies in teacher training, as we are looking for a teacher of political science, ethics/philosophy or history at one of our partner schools in Mainz, Anne-Frank-Realschule plus Mainz.
The trainee will assist teachers in the classroom and help students to create connections between the course material and their life worlds by means of specific pedagogical practices, thus supporting the successful learning process of the students. It is also foreseen that the intern will teach 3 sessions per week under the supervision of experienced teachers. The selected trainees would teach in German and therefore a B2 or C1 level in German is required.
