The historic photographic collection of the University of Valencia consists of magic lantern slides, graduation photographs and academic portraits. The set of 1,400 magic lantern slides comes from the Business School of the University of Valencia. The collection of graduation photographs gathers around 80 copies from the mid-nineteenth century from the faculties of Law, Medicine, School of Higher Business Studies and Pharmacy. There are also 18 medium format portraits from the old Historical-Medical Museum, including excellent platinum prints from the late nineteenth century. The many paper stereoscopic views of the Geology Museum, with images from the early twentieth century, are also worth highlighting.
