On the 15th anniversary of the Philharmonic Orchestra of the University of Valencia the Board produced Peer Gynt: Music for shadows and orchestra with music by Edvard Grieg (1843-1907) and text based on Henrik Ibsen’s (1828-1906) play of the same name. Tono Berti and the theatre group Escena Cero were in charge of the adaptation and stage direction. The Philharmonic Orchestra of the University of Valencia and the soprano Marta Matheu interpreted the musical part conducted by Hilari Garcia.
