Work team

Methodology

 

The work team of La Nau for Children is made up of a group of monitors, animators and coordinators with training and experience in the world of childhood, animation and spare time.

The main objective of the work team is to set up a team of professionals with autonomy, capable of working as a team, coordination and mutual help, in which empathy, flexibility, dialogue and respect for work and the opinions of each of the members who integrate it prevail.

For all this, they work with the following methodology:

  • Responsibility of own tasks during the preparation of the activities and during the practice to July.
  • Completion of general tasks (regarding teamwork) and those of which they are specific.
  • Responsibility of the group of children or the corresponding activity (safety, motivation, etc.).
  • Consultation of decisions and proposals with the corresponding coordinator, organizing committee, if applicable.
  • Support any person in the team who asks for help at a given moment, regardless of the task assigned to each member.
  • Fluid communication for good coordination, good treatment and motivation.
  • Appropriate environment in the working groups to the responsibility required by a specific task.
  • Flexibility and adaptation through new ideas, opinions and work proposals of any company, as well as flexibility through the changes they could made during school.
  • Respect between team members.

In order to become a part of the team, sign up at the job offer.
