Waiver and cancellation

Waiver

As stablished in the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, 16th November, by which the text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, and except the legally stablished exceptions, you have the right to waive the contract in the period of 14 natural days, with no need for a justification and with no penalty.

The user can exercise the right of waiver within the 14 natural days, from the day after the formalisation of the inscription, that is, the moment in which the payment is made.

In order to exercise the right of waiver, you must notify your decision through ha declaration, via email, to protdadesfguv@uv.es.

We will communicate the person involved through email about the reception of this waiver.
To comply with the period of waiver, it is enough to communicate so before the ending of the correspondent period (14 days from the day after the formalisation of the inscription).

Consequences of the waiver:

In the case of a waiver, we will return all the payments without delay and, in any case, this may take 14 natural days from the date in which we are informed of your decision to de cease the present contract. We will proceed to the reimbursement using the same payment method used by you, unless stated otherwise. In any case, no charges will incur as a consequence of the reimbursement, except when it is a case of a commission to carry out a transfer in your favour, commission which will be discounted from the final amount to repay.

Cancelation 

After the legal deadline for waiver, the user may request, through an email to nauxiquets@uv.es , the cancellation of the registration until 14th June 2019 with a penalisation of 50% of the registration fees. After this deadline, no cancellation of the registration with reimbursement will be admitted, except in cases of force majeure as long as it is supported by evidencing documentation.
