Both plays are in the British tradition of suffragette theatre. Its recovery is part of the research carried out by members of the “Literature, Arts and Performance” group at the Universitat de València through the AICO/2021/225 project funded by the Conselleria d’Innovació, Universitat, Ciència i Societat Digital (Regional Ministry for Innovation, Universities, Science and the Digital Society) (GVA, Valencian Government).
