This year, the Mostra art públic / universitat pública (Exhibition Public Art / Public University) is twenty-five years old and continues with the spirit of transforming the university environment, a space for teaching and research, into a place of artistic intervention open to the university community and society. Twelve proposals have been selected, specifically designed for the spaces in which they intervene, with the aim of bringing the university community into contact with its surroundings and turning the works into triggers for other transversal knowledge.

The XXV Mostra art públic / universitat pública, curated by Alba Braza, will take place in two exhibition spaces:

• From 3rd to 28th October 2022, at the Burjassot Campus.
• From 21st October to 18th November 2022, at the Blasco Ibáñez Campus.

In parallel, Sabers tentaculars, an artistic mediation project for university students will be developed, exploring the relationships between the disciplines present and current art.

The Mostra art públic / universitat pública is an initiative of the Universitat de València promoted by the Delegate for Students, in close collaboration with the Office of the Vice-Principal for Studies and the Office of the Vice-Principal for Culture and Society.
