Job insecurity concerning workers in the cultural sector is not news. And neither are they the difficulties that appear after the paradoxical self-exploitation that usually appears in these labour relations. A matter of particular concern is that, despite these characteristics, artistic production remains active. Who are sustaining the activity and how do they carry it out? How can an artistic organization work under administrative requirements of creative enterprises? It is useful to promote intellectual property as a tool for ensuring competitively and professionalization of all artistic disciplines? What type of professional profile is being needed for accomplishing this task?
