The purpose of Universitat de València, Facsa and Sitra Green Horizon Chair: Water-Bioenergy Nexus is to contribute to a circular, sustainable and low-emission economy. We aim to become a space for science, tehcnology and talent to come together to generate knowledge and solutions for a greener and more resilient future for the water, the energy and the planet.

We are promoting efficiency in resource management, valuation of waste and generation of clean energy from an integral perspective that combines technical excellence, innovation and social commitment.

Even if these are our first steps, each project and research line is led with the principles of sustainability and environmental responsibility, with the stern purpose to generate a prositive and lasting impact.
