The GGE Lab is an internationally recognized research group working on the creation of computational methods to study the dynamics and regulation of gene expression. We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented postdoc to join our group and help to develop a new generation of bioinformatics solutions for integrating multi-omics data obtained with the newest genomics technologies.
Postdoctoral position at the Genomics of Gene Expression - Conesa lab (Valencia) to work at the interface between multi-omics, long reads and single-cell sequencing.
Candidates must have a PhD in computational biology or related discipline, with knowledge in R, Phyton and Java Script. Experience in the analysis of NGS data, as well as wet-lab technologies in highly recommended. The position is for 2 years and the gross salary range is 30,000 - 40.000 €/year.
