Description

Title: PTI+: Strategic cross-sectional initiative for genomic monitoring and the impact of mutations in SARS-CoV-2 in real time

Research groups: PathoGenOmics, Molecular Epidemiology, Viral Biology and Evolutionary Systems Virology

In this consortium, our PathoGenOmic group leads work package 1, where we investigate the variability of genomes in the epidemiological and clinical context and inform the rest of the work packages for the phenotypic and structural characterization of the selected mutations and variants.
