Description

Title: PTI+: Mutation screening based on their potential biological relevance

Research groups: Viral Biology and Evolutionary Systems Virology

We are assessing the effects of different SARS-CoV-2 variants and mutations on evasion from antivirals and immune responses, as well as their effects on infectivity and stability. We are employing pseudotype systems as well as replication competent VSV encoding the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein.
