Basic competencies:

  1. Systematic understanding of a field of study and mastery of the skills and methods of research associated with that field.

  4. Working both in team and independently in an international or multidisciplinary context.
  5. Integrating knowledge, handling complexity, and making judgments with limited information.
  6. The criticism and intellectual defence of solutions.

Other competencies:

 

  1. Knowing and using models for practical rationality and moral and political argumentation.
  2. Critically understand the permanent and historic nature of moral and democratic values, and the ability to encourage respect them in academic and professional contexts including respect to fundamental and equal opportunities rights between men and women, equal opportunities principles and universal accessibility of disabled people.
  3. Knowing the laws, tasks and methodologies in ethics and being able to research on them.
  4. Comprehending the problem set by moral pluralism and being able to critically design response models to the problem.
  5. Being able to recognize diversity and plurality in opinions to solve common problems respecting diversity and plurality in multicultural contexts, contributing to transcultural responses.
  6. Using moral values and judgements against several human praxis being able to critically argue.
  7. Researching in public deliberation models by designing models on public reason in pluralist societies.
