The presentation of the Master’s Degree in R&D in Biotechnology and Biomedicine will take place next 12 May at 9.00 am in the Assembly Hall of the Library of the Science Faculties.

The aim of this Master’s Degree is to offer a  high quality training allowing students to get integrated into research, innovation and development activities in basic or health research or in companies of the pharmacist, biotechnological or biomedical industry.

The Master’s Degree’s presentation is part of a  Free entrance Research Session.  In the programme of this session, different conferences will be given by reowned researches of our country:

9.00 – 9.30 Master’s Degree’s Presentation Edition 2017-18. José E. Pérez, Master’s Degree Director. Universitat de València.

9.30 – 10.15 José Luis García. National Centre of Biotechnology / CSIC. Pharmacist Biolotechnology: Steroids Production.

10.15 – 11.00 Pura Muñoz Cánoves. Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF). Mechanisms which are responsible for the regenerative decline of the stem cells in the aging period.

11.00 - 11.30 Break

11.30 – 12.15  Oscar Fernández Capetillo. National Centre of Oncological Researches (CNIO). Exploring the role of replicative stress when it comes to cancer and aging.

12.15 – 13.00 Marc A. Marti Renom. National Centre of Genomic Analysis and Centre of Genomic Regulation (CNAG-CRG). Genomic Structures Setting and Genomic Control by Space Restrictions Resolution.
