The Privacy and Digital Transformation Microsoft-Universitat de València Chair takes part in several training and awareness activities related to the implementation of the General Regulations for Data Protection in different areas.

On 25 and 26 May 2017 the 14th Contest of University Legal System will be held at the University of Lleida.  This contest is organised by ADEUN (Association for the Study of University Law), an organisation that integrates legal advisers from all Spanish universities. On the other hand, on 26 May will be held at the Valencian Department for Health of the Valencian Community the seminar “Digital transformation, information safety and the new European Regulations for Data Protection”. The activity is addressed to executives, functional managers and professionals of the Valencian health care.

Likewise, the Chair has contributed to Blogdroiteuropeen’s debate on the right to forget with the article Right to Be Forgotten and minors in which there is a reflection on regulatory challenges for a proper data protection of minors.
